Legally required to handle the refrigerant in air conditioning and heat pump systems. A surprising number of firms advertising air conditioning are not certified to touch the gas in it.
An accreditation Ideal only grant to installers who meet their standard. It is what allows us to offer warranties of up to 12 years on the Vogue Max range. Most installers can offer 10.

Bathrooms and washrooms are the jobs people get burned on, almost always because five separate trades are meant to turn up in the right order and one of them does not. We do the plumbing, tiling, electrics and finishing with our own team, which is why that does not happen here.

If a boiler is beyond economical repair, we will say so rather than take your money to patch it twice. If your house is a poor candidate for a heat pump, we will tell you at survey rather than after you have signed. That is a slower way to run a business and it is the only one worth doing.
